Vendor Applications and Policies

There is a $25 non-refundable and non-negotiable Membership fee that MUST be paid BEFORE selling at the market! This can be paid with your booth fees!

To become a La Grande Farmers' Market vendor, you can simply fill in the Google Form below and submit.

*To pay for your booth fees, please go to the “Sponsor and Donate” button on this website and find the blue button labeled “Donate Now” and fill out the form and under “Your Contribution” check “Other” and then under the tab “Additional Information”, please type in “Booth Fees” or something of the sort so we know it is for your fees and not a contribution.

Or you can call, text or email the manager to receive a paper application that can then be filled out and returned to the PO Box or emailed or bring to the first market you sell at with payment!

Fill out the Secondary Farm Application ONLY if you would like to sell produce from a farm other than your own.

If you want to use a scale at the market, it will need to be licensed.  To learn more visit the Oregon Department of Agriculture website.
